Felicia Karnani, Treasurer

Felicia has over 15 years of work experience in private and public companies. Her experience has included hospitality management, textile and fashion design and manufacturing, public accounting and business consulting.

She currently works at DTE Energy as a Senior Strategist, where she leads strategy and continuous improvement projects. Felicia's prior non-profit experience was with an organization dedicated to helping highly-qualified immigrant professionals, mostly women, to obtain jobs in the American workplace.

There, she designed and launched a multi-channel marketing campaign targeted at building corporate partnerships. Felicia hopes to bring these skills and experience to developing a corporate network for Sparsh.

Felicia is passionate about helping lesser-advantaged women to reach their full potential and is excited to explore creative ways to do so through Sparsh. Felicia has a MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
